Torquato Tasso was born here in 1544 making the town famous to poets who wanted to pass through it! It was from the hotel Vittoria, here located, that the tenor Enrico Caruso had to admire the bay of Naples! This is a lovely town which has human dimension, it's really pleasent spending even a short time!!!!!!!
